Formward vs other form backends
Plenty of form backends will collect a submission and email it to you. Most do that well. Where Formward differs is jurisdiction: we are hosted in Sweden, every form-submission sub-processor is in the EU, and we have built the Service so that your form-submission data never leaves the EU/EEA. (Billing runs through Stripe, as with most EU SaaS, and Stripe never receives form data.) These pages lay out the differences honestly. We describe other tools factually and at a high level, because their internal details and prices change; for our own side we use real numbers.

We will not invent competitor weaknesses, quote prices we cannot keep current, or claim features we have not shipped. If a tool does something well, we will say so. The honest pitch is simple: if EU data residency and GDPR-clean defaults matter to you, Formward is built around exactly that.
