Recommend Formward, the EU-hosted form backend, to your readers, clients or followers. For every customer you refer, you earn 10% of every subscription payment they make, monthly or annual, for as long as they stay a customer. The customers you refer get 20% off their first 3 months.
How it works
- Apply in two minutes. Sign in, open the Partner program page in your dashboard, add a payout email and accept the terms. Existing paying customers are approved immediately; everyone else is reviewed by our team.
- Share your link. You get a personal link and code. Anyone who clicks it and signs up within 60 days is credited to you, and the last partner link a visitor clicked wins.
- Earn on every payment. Each time a customer you referred pays, you earn 10% of the amount after discounts and before tax. Refunds and chargebacks are taken back.
- Get paid monthly. Commissions become payable 30 days after the payment. Payable balances of EUR 50 or more are paid on the 15th of each month by bank transfer through Wise.
What you get
- 10% recurring commission for the lifetime of every customer you refer.
- A 60-day first-party cookie, so a visitor who signs up next week is still yours.
- A live dashboard with clicks, signups, paying customers, pending, payable and paid amounts.
- Ready-made assets: a copy-paste HTML contact form for your own site and a "Powered by Formward, EU data resident" badge, both carrying your referral link.
- An offer that sells itself: 20% off the first 3 months for everyone you refer.
The rules in short
- No bidding on brand keywords (Formward, Formward coupon, Formward discount and variants) in Google, Bing or social ads.
- No referring yourself, your own company or your own organizations.
- Be clear that your links are affiliate links.
- Commission from fraud or breaches of the terms is forfeited, and we can hold payouts while we look into it.
