EGF Fastighetsservice AB, at the registered office above. Formward is a small, independent company - we are not backed by, owned by, or operating on behalf of any larger group.
Data protection
For processing of personal data, our Data Processing Agreement is published in full and can be accepted in your dashboard. The sub-processor register names every third party that touches submission data and where each one operates, and our transfer-impact statement sets out which transfers arise and who is responsible for them.
Certifications
We hold no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification, and we do not claim to. Formward launched in 2025; those audits are on the roadmap rather than in hand. What we publish instead is specific and checkable: the exact hosting provider and country, every sub-processor, how submitter IP addresses are pseudonymised, and where each transfer arises. If your procurement process requires a certification, we would rather you know that from this page than discover it during a review.
Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged, and are not willing, to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Our Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship.
