The redesigned workspace brings forms, pages and submissions together. Build hosted pages with movable content, uploaded logos and social icons, or start from a categorized template. Choose a classic form, multiple steps or one question at a time, then check the interactive preview before publishing.
Work with submissions in table and pipeline views, design notification and automatic-reply emails, and save drafts before publishing. Business workspaces can share selected cases through customer portals or give registered clients access to form drafts without exposing workspace billing.
Test submissions check your setup without sending emails or using credits. Form health can identify supported JavaScript submission handlers as well as HTML endpoints. Hosted pages now have an explicit search-indexing setting, and supported close rules can stop submissions automatically with advance reminders on eligible plans.
Business customers using a verified sending domain can send automatic replies without a Formward mention in the footer. Customers see your sender identity, while the footer still explains why they received the message.
The homepage now includes a live form demo. Send a sample message through the spam-filtering pipeline and see the submission arrive. Demo submissions are automatically deleted within 24 hours; please use sample text rather than personal information.
Link-only notifications let you keep submitted answers in the dashboard. Emails contain a link instead of the answers, submitter address or attachment names. Enable it per form on any plan, including Free; it also works with notification digests.
Hosted form analytics now bring page views, submissions and conversion together, with a daily views chart. The figures are aggregate counts for your hosted form pages; embedded forms do not report page views from your website.
Built-in buttons, validation messages and default consent and success text on hosted forms now adapt to the visitor's language. Your own field labels and custom copy stay exactly as you wrote them.

Forms can now deliver submissions to multiple webhook destinations. Configure each destination separately to connect the same form to the tools your team uses.

All form submissions and account data are stored on servers in Sweden, with transactional email processed entirely within the EU. Formward's own processing stays in the EU by design; what leaves is what you route out of it - a non-EU notification mailbox, Sheets sync, or a webhook URL.
