14-day free trial, six European landing pages & honest transfer documentation
- 14-day free trial on your first paid subscription. A card is required and the subscription renews automatically when the trial ends, so there is no interruption - cancel any time before then and you are not charged.
- Localized landing pages for German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Swedish, each written for the national framing of the GDPR (DSGVO, RGPD, AVG) rather than translated word for word.
- Data flow: the notification and autoresponder rows now say plainly that we send from EU infrastructure but cannot tell where the mailbox itself is hosted - a Gmail or Outlook address means a US provider. Previously both were labelled EU-only, which was wrong for anyone notifying a non-EU mailbox.
- Data flow: webhooks that are switched off, or that belong to a plan without the webhooks entitlement, are no longer listed as active destinations. They were being counted against the EU-only summary for deliveries that never happen.
- Transfer documentation rewritten across the site, including the transfer-impact statement, the Article 30 record, Security, Terms and every comparison page. Claims about where data goes are now scoped to Formward's own processing, and the destinations you control - notification mailbox, autoresponder, Sheets sync, webhooks - are named explicitly as yours to assess.
- Enterprise and SSO now have a public page, and llms.txt is generated from live product facts so AI assistants answer questions about Formward from current information.
- Metricward, our sister product for privacy-first product analytics, is now listed on the home page.
