Share a form without a website

The Formward TeamFormward, Stockholm

Formward started as a backend for forms you already had: you point your HTML form's action at a Formward endpoint and the submissions land in your dashboard. That quietly assumes you have a website to put the form on. Often you don't yet.

Hosted forms remove that assumption. Enable a hosted page on any form and Formward publishes it at formward.eu/s/your-slug. You get a clean, mobile-friendly form on a public page, and you share the link directly: in an email, a social bio, a QR code, a DM. No site, no hosting, no code.

Everything behind the link is the same pipeline you already trust. Submissions run through the same spam filtering, honeypot, optional Turnstile, and EU-based AI scoring; they are stored in Sweden, emailed to you, and subject to your retention settings and plan limits. A hosted submission is handled exactly like one from an embedded form, including under your DPA.

It is deliberately simple. You set a title, a short description, the fields, and a success message, and you are live. It is not a drag-and-drop builder, and it is not trying to be one. It is the fastest way to collect a few fields from real people while keeping their data in Europe. If you later build a site, the same form keeps working as an endpoint, a hosted page, or both.
